Binary Challenge — Privacy Policy

Binary Challenge is an educational game that helps people practice converting decimal numbers to binary. The core game does not require creating an account.

Gameplay information

Answers, scores, streaks, and round results are processed on the device for gameplay. In this release, the developer does not operate a server that receives gameplay results from the app.

Advertising and third-party services

The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share information such as the device IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Google states that data collected by the SDK is encrypted in transit. Data processing and ad personalization may depend on consent, regional requirements, device settings, and Google’s policies.

Where required, the app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent before initializing or requesting ads. Banner ads may appear on the Home and Progress screens when available. An interstitial ad may appear when restarting after every three completed Time Attack rounds; ads are not deliberately shown during a question or while the timer is running. Ad services require an internet connection; the core game can be played offline.

Permissions and retention

The core gameplay does not need access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. The app does not create a developer-hosted account or gameplay profile. Google and Android/platform services may process information independently under their own terms and settings.

Children and audience

Parents or guardians should review the app’s intended audience and available device or Google settings before use by children. Advertising and consent behavior may vary by age category and region. The app’s audience settings and advertising configuration are maintained in Google Play Console and AdMob.

Your choices

You can manage available advertising ID and ad-personalization settings through Android or Google settings. You may also use the consent choices presented in the app where applicable. Ad availability and personalization can vary with consent, region, connectivity, and ad inventory.
